We had a blast chilling in our room, watching satellite TV and browsing the web. The location was super convenient, just a quick walk to the beach and the night market. The staff was really friendly and made us feel at home. No wonder it's a hit with young people like us!

The only thing we wished for was a better party atmosphere. It would have been even more amazing if there were some fun activities or a cool rooftop bar where we could hang out with friends and meet new people.

And the free Wi-Fi was a lifesaver, keeping us connected and letting us share our awesome adventures with our social media fam!

If there's one thing we could ask for, it would be more late-night activities for young party-goers. We had an incredible time during the day, but it would have been epic to have some fun events or parties specifically designed for young people to keep the party vibes going all night long!

We had an amazing time at Family Tree Guest House in Hua Hin. The staff, especially Pui, made us feel welcome and provided excellent help with travel directions. The Thai breakfast food was delicious and the portions were generous. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had softer mattresses for a great night's sleep. The location was convenient, with easy access to the train station, minivan station, night market, and the beach. We appreciated the environmentally conscious approach and the community-based project supported by the hotel. Highly recommended!

Amazing guesthouse with a cozy wooden house vibe and renovated rooms. Loved the spacious balcony and the sunbeds on the roof terrace. The TV had international channels including one from my home country, and the WiFi was strong. The staff was super friendly and the place was spotless. The restaurant had a wide variety of delicious dishes, especially the salads. The breakfast menu had lots of options to choose from. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the attractions in town and the beach.

Hygiene and cleanliness levels need improvement.

I chose the Family Tree House because it was located near the Wat Thiti Sutto, which I really wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless Internet access at the hotel. It was great to be able to surf the web and stay connected during my stay. I also enjoyed a satisfying meal at the hotel's restaurant.

The staff seemed disorganized and unaware of what was happening. The bathroom toilet was filthy, and there was a lot of noise from the street due to the cheap curtains.
